I am, of course, on a limit of 2,000mg of sodium a day, told to NOT add any salt at all.
This comes out to 666mg per meal. This lady is working with in 5oomg meals. Not hard to do at all, but it does cut in really close in my point of view. Like her, the bacon and eggs breakfast is a good to go.Unlike her view I do go with one slice of toast as it does keep me below 666mg along with I like turkey bacon and dry toast (no butter or anything)
I do go over sometimes and I make up for it by making a change in meals later in the day. My diet does not have to be a per meal mg but just as long as it is under 2,000mg a day. Your Dr. will tell you what is best for you.
